If you often feel tired and don’t have enough energy, prepare this effective remedy that purifies the body and restores energy.
- 2 teaspoons of finely grated garlic
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- 5 tablespoon of natural meadow honey
- ¼ cup of white coffee, strong boiled green tea
- ½ teaspoon of red pepper (chilli)
- ¼ teaspoon of natural resin
- 1 ablespoon of apple acid
Fry the garlic in olive oil for about a minute. Add the remaining ingredients and boil on low heat for about five minutes. Remove from the stove and allow the mixture to cool, and then store it in a glass jar in the fridge.
