For those who have problems with infected skin, for obese people and digestion this 15 days diet plan is intended . This diet is great cleaner of the skin,  in a natural way it will also help you reduces the absorption of fat and will make your skin look more beautiful.

It is a very restrictive diet. You should ask your doctor or nutritionist for advice, before  starting this diet and it is recommendable that during this diet you are under a medical supervision. While you are under this diet plan it is very important that you know what are your goals.

This diet reduces the intake of carbohydrates, which leads to muscle mass decrease.

MONDAY

Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar , 1 orange (or peach, watermelon,  green peas  … bananas), 2 toast .

Lunch: one boiled egg, 1 whole milk, 1 orange

Dinner: 2 tomatoes, two biscuits, 2 boiled eggs, 1, 2 pounds of lettuce or cucumbers

TUESDAY

Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 orange, 2 toast

Lunch: 1 orange, 2 toast, 1 egg, 1 yogurt

Dinner: 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar, 125 grams of beef, 1 tomato, 1 toast




WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 orange, 2 toasts

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, 1 orange, a bit of lettuce

Dinner: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 125 grams of beef, 1 orange, 1 toast.

THURSDAY

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 orange, 2 toast.

Lunch: 1 toast, 125 grams of cheese with a little milk, 1 tomato.

Dinner: 1 apple, 1 toast , 125 grams of beef, 2 tomatoes.

FRIDAY

Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 orange, 2 toast.

Lunch: 1 toast, 200 grams of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato.

Dinner: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 500 grams of cooked vegetables.

You can eat as you normally do over the weekend!

 

Advices:
  • Do not drink alcohol
  • You can eat the food cold or  hot, and it is important that you take a balanced schedule
  • You will lose 2.5 to 5 pounds after 5 days
  • You can eat normally, after five days, for at least two days, but in moderation. Repeat the diet two days later and so three times for five days, a total of 15 days.
  • You can lose up to 15 kg in only 15 days if you stick to the diet plan
